For Producers
There are two regular spaces for cars in front of the suite with truck parking in front of the roll-up door. Additional spaces can be found on the west side of the building. Please communicate to the cast and crew to NOT PARK in the reserved spaces in front of our neighbor's suites.

Studio facilities include use of the entire space (editorial rents separately) and a land-line with unlimited calling. Wireless high-speed internet is available for all to use throughout the facillity and a limited number of printing/facsimilies/copies are included.

Hours are 8:00am - 6:30pm. Overtime applies thereafter. Half days are five hours maximum. Your booking must be reserved with a deposit and cacellation fees apply within 48 hours.

For G&E
The stage has 600 amps of available power from a 200 amp three-phase switch with camlok and 6 x 100 amp bates pigtails for distribuion (3 on each side of the studio). Distro is available on site or bring your own. It will not be possible to tie-in and bypass these panels.

There is a 4'x4' grid 18' high to be used FOR LIGHTING ONLY. The ceiling is wired with 60 numbered 20 amp circuits. Six 2K spacelights are pre-hung to evenly illuminate the cyc walls. They are be switched one high or two high from the ground, and easily replaced with your lights. The cyc is normally white and can either be painted or use our system to hang a large rag for green/blue screen work.

Tungsten, HMI, Kino, and grip packages are available to rent. A list can be found on our studio lighting page. If there is something on there you don't see but would like, let us know (we may already have it, and if not we can get it for you).

Production trucks can be backed up to the 12' wide rollup door at the front of the building. Two trucks can park side-by-side and stay all day. The pass-through is a 9' tall opening into the studio.

For Craft Services
We providea number of ammenities to help make your job easier and reduce waste. We have a full kitchen with a sizeable refrigerator, gas range with two large burners, microwave and dishwasher. There are plates, silverware, glasses and serving bowls. Full meals are easily serviced in the garage area with folding tables and benches.

For coffee service we have a Bunn Axiom DV APS system with hot water dispenser and three 1.9L airpots with a burr coffee grinder. There are two insulated creamer containers and a number of coffee cups without lids.

As part of our green initiative, the whole of the studio is on a filtered and pH ballanced system, so every tap has clean water. We provide glasses and stainless steel water bottles for hydration as part of the rental. We'd prefer you NOT to bring in platic water bottles. Also, there is a 30-gallon green receptical for gathering food waste for compost. Please coordinate with the producer on these details so your production will be eligible for the rebate.

For Sylists / MUA / Art Directors
There is a dressing room downstairs with two dedicated circuits and a small sink. The bathrooms are equiped with the same lighting as the counter in the dressing room. The upstairs conference room can also be easily converted into a make up station for large projects.

Large wardrobe shows may want to set up racks in the garage space for easy load in and access. Please bring rolling racks through the rollup door and not the front door.

Sets and props should be loaded in through the rollup doors. The garage area passthrough ceiling is 9' from the floor.

The stage is equiped with a ceiling exhaust system for evacuating heat, dust and fumes. There is a deep sink available for cleaning. Please do not dispose of toxic waste in the drains or trash cans. You will be responsible for their removeal and proper disposal.
